    Apollo is around 10 months old, nearing full size i believe, and he eats 1 - 2 hours before his lights off, 8:30-9:00

    So I was thinking because UV light is bad for people, is it safe for me to keep my UVB light in my bedroom on 10-12 hours a day? I have a standard CFL UVB light. I haven't got around to upgrading yet.
