    Too paranoid?

I have 2 male bearded dragons one is 2 years old and the other is 6 months old. They are housed in separate tanks of course. I also have them in totally different rooms and I never allow them anywhere near one another. I always get them out separately. Basically they have never seen one...

    Something to bask on

I found a cave at Petsmart we are trying. I want to try my hand at building a styrofoam one. He has a hammock already too.

    Something to bask on

I have an adult male beardie that needs something new in his tank to bask on top of he currently has a cork log that I prop up for him to get as high as he likes. I personally hate the cork log because it rolls and stinks (I have to soak it in hot hot water often). The big box stores just...

    Bearded question

Patsy these are the ones I transported from KC to La. I don't think she said they were head bobbing or waving. I think someone asked her if that's what they were doing. She was concerned about the deep breathing in the water. So good to know that was normal I had never seen her do it the 2...

    Bearded question

I tried to upload video for her (that's my daughter) but it I can't get it to either. She is sitting in her water bowl taking deep breaths in and out. She flattens out some when she does it.

    Zoo Med Daylight blue

So inside the tank it should be above head so it can't be mounted on the back wall up high?

    Fox and his Christmas present

I got my little guy a nice fuzzy bed too. He usually sleeps in his cave so I put in in there thinking he would be comfy. He wouldn't go in the cave while the bed was in there so I took it out. I don't think he has used it once.

    Zoo Med Daylight blue

Did they intend the blue one for the basking? I am in the process of adding tube light to my own tanks. I can't decide whether to use a hood or mount them inside.

    Forgot to introduce myself

I just realized I jumped right in and forgot to properly introduce myself. I got my first bearded dragon a month ago he's a 5 month old male. Then shortly after I got 3 adults (2 females and 1 male) they were living in very small tanks. I ended up keeping the males and re-homed the females...

    Zoo Med Daylight blue

Someone asked me about this bulb today Zoo Med Daylight Blue light 60w. The pet store sold it to them for a juvie beardie. I am not familiar with this light so I couldn't offer much help. What are your thoughts? They sold her that one and the Exo Terra Reptile UVB 150. I'm guess they sold...
