    do beardies change colors? Our little guy (a rescue) is normally a lovely reddish brown with a cream belly and chin...but just recently he starts going black every once in awhile! Am I doing something wrong? He seems super happy and active...

    My kids name all our pets after food... a friend found this little guy under her deck (in Minnesota!) so he's become the newest member of our pack (2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 sand boas, 1 ball python, 1 cane toad). He's a super friendly little guy and obviously belonged to someone at one point in time!

    question about plants

    I'd like to give our little guy some live plants for his tank, but I want to make sure I'm putting in ones that are safe for him to eat...any suggestions on what would be good for his tank? I'm not really worried about him wrecking the plants, I just don't want him to get sick.
