add a cup of water to the center of the incubator and the multiple holes on the top you can seal 1-3 of them. that should raise the humidity up. and for an immediate boost you can use warm water.

Just make sure that the humidity stays between 80-90% and not any more above because that is when you start to get mold!! What are your temps at? Also just make sure that the hatch rite is damp but not soaking wet! If all else fails with that stuff, we can get you set up with vermiculite! That seems to hold moisture pretty well!! Good luck..
