We haven't posted in quite a while as i've been very busy but Lola is now huge! She's 6 inches nose to vent so would be around 13 inches if she had a full tail. :) She's getting big and shedding so much now :) Shes still having one or two problems getting around, mainly with falling off stuff...
I left her in the one she's currently in :) I'll get her a bigger one when she grows. Instead i utilized the tank for my baby torts im expecting to hatch soon :)
inside the vivarium the basking spot is around 105f but on rare hotter days gets to 110f. At night its maintaining at about 70f without needing additional heating but i know for sure that its colder outside and with that tank having a wire top and being glass i don't know if it would hold the...
We got given this 4 x 1 x 1 tank today and im not sure if its suitable for our little beardie.
(Excuse the pup - she thought it was for her!)
We live on the coast in Lancashire, north west England, so it can get quite cold here and i worry i won't keep it warm enough. At the moment he's...
She can struggle sometimes but is mostly ok. :) She has a mix of smooth and rough textured rocks at her basking spot and she sometimes struggles on the smooth. When i first got her she'd not long lost the feet and forgot they weren't there - she'd try and grip on with her back feet, not use her...

We've had lola since mid January and at first she didn't grow or put on any weight. But in these last few weeks she's turned a corner and shot up! She was 3 inches nose to vent (tail nip) and 14g and didn't put much on at all. We switched to feeding dubia roaches and she has shot up! She was 25g...
This is our little Lola Stubbs :) We rescued a baby beardie mid January who is missing her back two feet and half her tail! Her lack of feet don't seem to hold her back and she still happily climbs her rock and cage furniture. She was apparently born mid august but she's only 44g an 4 inches...
So im conducting a small research study where my aim is to collect peoples Bearded Dragons weight, length and age. I'd be noting down all this info into a table and eventually, when i have enough info, i want to be able to create an 'average' length/weight vs age growth chart and a length vs...
