does any body know if its good for them? and how i should give it to him? do i even need it? i put a salad bowl in the morning which he usually finishes quick. then a little later(around 2-3) i give him a bunch of crickets(about 12-15). on occasion i give him meal worms and fruit. every now and then i put food pellets in his salad also. he is 1yrs old

Don't need it you should use a calcium with D or without D suplament And that depends on if you use a UVB light
