Your Roach Chow Recipes and Gutload

I use dog food, oatmeal, special K, and various dried fruits in my roach chow.
To gutload I use veggies: collard, mustard and turnip greens as well as squash.
Just curious what works for others

I feed my dubias oranges, some lettuce, and roach chow made with catfood, alfalfa pellets, and calf manna..... the roaches love it and Norbert loves the roaches!

excuse my ignorance, but what is calf manna?

Calf manna is a high protein, high nutrient, pelleted, food used for calves, and baby animals..... has all kinds of good stuff, makes the roaches thrive and is a good gut-loading food..... you can get it at your local feed/farm store.
