Yellow Fungus??

Ellie, my beardie, seems to have developed a yellowish splotch over her thigh and there’s a small hole with younger scales below. She has not shed in 2 months and she’s about 1 year old. This doesn’t look like how she normally sheds (she turns grey or white on her belly before shedding). She had to take antibiotics a little while ago for a health concern… she’s been through a lot…. Is this yellow fungus? I’ve applied an anti fungal cream that the vet had prescribed for a wound she caused herself glass surfing (constantly since we moved to the new apartment). But was wondering if anyone had insight…

her temp is 105-108 on warm side, about 80-86 on cold… she is eating but not as much as she used to. I give her a prescribed omnicare supplement as well which is full of nutrients… I just don’t know anymore. Anytime she’s doing better there’s another thing…help.

It looks normal shedding to me. Sheds are all kinds of colors.

Thank you for your reply! That’s reassuring. I checked this morning and this is what it looks like now. The scales underneath seem more or less normal, I think… there’s also peeling in the crease if her leg… Do you think I should just wait it out a few days?

Give her a nice warm soak for 10mins then try and peel some of it off, it looks pretty dead to me.

Thank you. I don’t feel comfortable tugging at lose skin but after the soak, if it comes off easily, I’ll just help it along. Thanks again
