I was wondering about the health on this bearded dragon -

I'm thinking about adopting this guy, as the previous owner wasn't able to care for him properly, but I'm a bit concerned about his health, due to his diet and improper lighting, and wanted a second opinion as to whether or not he'd be able to be rehabilitated, before I decide.

Sorry it took long to get back to you but the forum was down all day yesterday.
Looks like this dragon is just really scared and may not have had much handling.. but appears from the picture that it's in decent health..

I agree, looks like it's just upset. It looks good, but it's hard to see much more of the dragon from this picture.
