Which Multivitamin????

Hi,

Which multivitamin would you suggest - Exo Terra or Rep-Cal?

These are the only ones I can find in/with delivery to the UK containing Beta Carotene. The Exo Terra doesn't have as much in it as the Rep-Cal (photos attached). Rep-Cal isn’t a brand I’ve heard of and it will cost me a lot more to import it so just wondering if all the extra stuff is needed or useless???
