What's wrong with beardie's tail?

I don't know what's going on with my beardie's tail. I haven't found anything online with anything remotely similar. Can someone help? Also, I can't tell if her beard is dirty or if something is wrong with it.

Thanks in advance for any input.

The beard is normal. I would have a vet take a look at the tail though. It looks like either a bacterial infection or the start of tail rot.
