I have some supers that I am breeding, and just starting the roaches. The supers aren't that bad they just take time. If you are looking for a quick start they aren't the way LOL. I also supplement with crickets every couple of weeks just to keep on changing it up on them a little bit. You never know when you are going to have to change the food they are eating primarily so I like to give them a variety 
. Mine also get fresh greens daily. I give them a variety of them as well.

well after careful thought, I gave up buying hornworms, i feed them all in a day to woody or sandy. There was some one on here with awesome hornworm deals, but I would rather feed roaches.
I got a colony of 500 right now and not feeding to much from them right now, cause i have a clutch due to hatch next month. I am hoping my supply grows fast.
