Weight for a 7month old bearded dragon

I have a bearded dragon that’s around 7 months old and about 145 grams and around 12-13inches long. Is he underweight? I feel like he is but not 100% sure.

No he looks good --- is that his tank hes in? What is his diet? As long as hes got good basking temps temps being taken w / a digital probe thermometer and good UVB properly placed w/ correct distance NO coils please he should thrive
