Ventilation question

I have a potentially stupid question.
Does beardies need circulating airflow?
I've looked up a ton of enclosures and I've noticed that a lot of them only have ventilation on one side of the enclosure, is that enough?
I've built enclosures in the past and have always made sure they have cross ventilation, but since I'm gonna have enclosures side by side I need to know if ventilation in the front is enough, or if I need to figure something out.

Yes ,air circulation is key for keeping steady temps. Ideally they should have a vent low down on the cool side to allow cool air to be drawn in and a vent high up on the hot side to let the hot air out (as hot air rises)
