Velcro thermometer's

I've seen a few pics on here of setups with these velcro thermometer's from your usual pet store. Just a little warning my son had one of them in his snake tank and it fell off and both pieces of velcro were still together exposing a sticky glue like stuff. Well one of the snakes went across it and got stuck. He's fine but it was very scary and painful for the snake. I couldn't imagine that happening again or to my beardie. You can buy the suction cup thermometer's at Walmart for about $5.97. I just thought i'd help other's learn from my mistake

better yet most of us just but the digital thermomitors with the probes that have sucktion cups on them.

if its not digital its not worth buying in the case of thermomitors and hydromitors
