Hey everybody, haven't been here for a while... but anyways, on a positive note - Apollo is doing great! He is about a foot long and eating, pooping, and shedding great. Now don't get me wrong, beardies are great, but crickets are a HASSLE. So now that he is about 6 months old I bought him small superworms for the first time. He devoured eight of them. If I feed him twice a day, how many would I feed him per meal?

--- Superworms aren't permanent food for Apollo. I will rotate between other insects ( and greens obviously ) periodically.

hey there - as many as he will eat in 15 minutes. I have a young male who loves to eat superworms! I limit him to 25 but he would eat more if I let him. little pig

Yep supers are a good staple just be careful as they are kinda high in fat so too many over a long period can lead to fatty liver disease.
