Should beardies shed t any age?

We've had Lia for a around a month. She is around 4 years old, I read all these posts about shedding. I know most of them are babies but when should they be shedding.

Adults shed too, but not near as often. They will shed when they are ready, there is no set time or schedule. You have no reason for concern.

My Castiel shed plenty when she was a juvie. She slowed down on growing and is growing more out than anything now so it's her first shed in probably 4-6 months. I wouldn't worry!
