Set-Up Recommendations

I've had my beardie for a few years now, but I have been saving up to hopefully upgrade his tank a little bit.

I've had the same light fixtures above the terrarium since we've had him- but I'd like to get him some better basking, nighttime, and UVB fixtures because mine are fiddly to replace and I don't believe the gradient is as well as it could be. I'd also like to get better thermometers and hygrometers.
I was hoping that I could get a few specific recommendations (possibly with links, but that isn't necessary) for my worries that won't break the bank to buy.
Edit: I have a 40 gallon tank

I am also open to any other suggestions regarding setups.
Also, if there are any good vitamins that you use, it would be appreciated if you listed them, too <3

Your going to want a 24" fixture like these

this one 2 ft or 24" you will need to replace the bulb w/ a Reptisun 10.0 T 5 bulb
or this one comes w/a 5.0 bulb you need to get the Reptisun 10.0 T 5 as well for this fixture

A ceramic heat emitter for winter time - you will need a dome w/ a ceramic socket it can sit on top of screen
Basking bulbs you will need a digital probe thermometer 2 of them to get the correct surface basking temps 95-100 - this will determine the wattage needed
1 digital probe hygrometer placed on the center back wall of the tank
