RE: Adhesive in Tank

Hi,

I'm a first time beardie owner. I made the mistake of putting adhesive peel-and-stick tiles in my one year old male's new 4ft tank and decided to remove them after noticing a chemical smell. I'm finding the glue very difficult to get off the oak wood. I wondered if anyone has any suggestions for removing it.

He got back w/ me and he suggested this
Try a non toxic adjesive remover or maybe even this coconut oil and baking soda mix DIY Label Remover.

I used the method and the adhesive is off now, thanks

Also just future suggestion for next time, aquarium sealant is always a safe one too use with any reptile just have too leave it too cure long enough
