Hey Guys I just mounted my Reptisun into my dragons cage but I don't feel comfortable because i just used some 3mm double sided sticky tape. I want to know what is the best way to mount it in a cage

I would suggest hot glue. The adhesive on those double stick tabs may get hot and end up with the lamp falling. A hot glue gun will secure it and dry quickly with no odor.
I would also recommend that you mount the fixture so that the center of the bulb is inline with the center of your basking light so that both shine down on your basking spot. Those tube bulbs emit the majority of their UV from the center of the bulb and actually very little uv from the ends.
