I'm going to place an order online for 500 crickets that are medium size, is that size ok for a 4month old beardie? I know the rule is no bigger than the distance between the eyes but as i've not got the beardie yet i can't say what size. Also could a 4month old manage super worms or would it be best feeding meal worms? (i know to many meal worms is bad) Is up to 30 insects a day to many? I read that and think its a lot.

never feed meal worms. Supers are not good for a 4 month old either. These are both hard for the babies to digest. For one that young I suggest phoenix or silk worms. For a 4 month old I would think 1/2 or maybe 1/4-3/8 but it depends on how big the beardie is, every beardie grows different. My 11 month old only eats 1/2-5/8 but she is a little on the small size. You will want to feed as many as he/she can eat in 15 minuets 2-3/day. The range is 25-100 per day. I can only speak for mine, and have found she was a bigger pig then most she ate about 120/day.

If you have any questions on your cricket set up let us know and we can help with that too.

Locusts, super worms (morio), wax for treats, crickets black and brown.

Pretty much the same as above.

This one has the regular stuff, and phoenix, turk and lobster roaches as well as butter worms...

Those should get you started.
Hope that helps out.
