question about lighting for corn snake

i just wanted to know if there was a light i can use at night that doesnt emit heat. or like a 20w. i have a 75w black night like for reptiles the gets too hot for night time and i tried the infrared 40w and it was still too hot for the night time. around 82f.. i also heard the red light bothers them?
