Possible Sprain??

So i woke up to my baby girl Saphira with this inflammation in her leg. She climbs around like a crazy person and hangs off her rock etc. I have talked to a vet and they do not feel it is infected. What are some good medications to get her from Petsmart or maybe Zoo Med?? Any ideas if this could be a sprain or something else? I have taken all her climbing stuff out and given her a towel and placed her bowls beside her. Any extra help is much appreciated!
