Have you tried a gentle scrub with a toothbrush in a bath? You can also use reptile shedding aid, a few days it should come Right off.

It shouldn't be much longer for that shed to come off, especially if you do nice warm soaks with gentle toothbrush scrub..you can also get the aloe liquid that you can get in the big jugs at places like Walmart/walgreens, add some to the bath water..

Be very careful misting his enclosure as that will really raise the humidity and prolonged exposure to moisture can lead to respiratory issues..

hes used to higher humidity, ever since ive had him hes been at 60-70% humidity due to how my room is, which i know is a big nono and i knew that getting him and i asked the breeder who i got him from if it would be okay cause i was really concerned and he said it was fine cause he lives in mississippi and during summer months keeps most of his beardies outside?? i guess?? and mississippi (like tennessee) has high humidity. i was apprehensive but hes been doing fine! his humidity now that i built him a wooden enclosure stays between 20-40% and misting barely raises it for no more than an hour because the substrate dries out so fast (i use a 75% topsoil 25% sand mix)

In the future, just make sure he stays hydrated and that the humidity in his tank doesn't stay below 20% for a long period. Believe it or not, low humidity poses problems just as much as high humidity does.
