One part of beard black?

Hi! It’s been awhile but I have a new question. I cant take a picture of it since it has gone away by now, but this morning when I took my girl Haku out of her hide she had one small part of her beard that was completely black! It looked like she had a mole or something, but as soon as she started basking it disappeared. Is that something to be concerned about?
