So I took Norbert to the vet yesterday and he is positive for pin worms. When they told me that I started crying. I don't know why I cried cuz I know worms can be treated. My cat years ago had worms but if I remember, I cried then too! Anyways they gave me Panacur/Flagyl. 1 dose once a week for 4 weeks, then we test his poo and there's a chance he could need another round of the Panacur. She said that's normal for it to take two rounds of Panacur to get rid of the worms. There again if I think back, my cat (kitten at the time) had to have 2 doses as well. All I know is I am a big softy!!

I've been trying to post pictures but it doesn't want to work. It gets to 95% then crashes. I will post pictures as soon as Tapatalk is back to working.

All will be just fine I would suggest getting some probiotics to help restore the good stuff in his gut.. meds are tough on their tummies.. Pinworms are VERY common thing in beardies as they get them mostly from feeder crickets as those are prone to being carriers.. it's when they get out of control in their bellies it becomes a issue.
I've always fed dubia roaches, superworms so I've not had to deal with parasites (knock on wood)

Awe, he's going to be fine. Like Hdrydr31 said, get some probiotics and dust his food with it or even mix it with some water and let him drink it from a syringe. My girl just got treated for pinworms and she did fine. We did 2 doses of panacur and had her retested and she was clean. Pinworms are common and in fact most bearded dragons have a small amount of parasites in their system all the time. Just sometimes they become a little overwhelming to their system and make them sick.
