most of my new tank setups the 2 on the rack are my beaded dragons Big Mama on top and Puff the Magic Dragon on bottom and then my leopard geckos and then my common snapping turtle in the bin ((im not keeping him for long..... i saw him get hit by a car so i picked him up and feeding him then letting him go))

Nice rack...however the way that you have your UV and basking lights really should be modified.
On tube type UV bulbs the majority of the UV comes from the center of the bulb with very little emited from the ends.
Both your UV and Basking Light need to be positioned over the basking spot as that is where your beardies should spend most of their time.
And your UV bulb should be place so that its center is next to the basking bulb dome you have.
If you will do this then your beardies will more efficiently get the UV they need.
As you have it now they are actually getting very litte.
