I have a five month old beardie, Nico spaz. He’s currently in a 40 gallon and I’m looking to upgrade to a bigger home for him. Just wondering what people’s opinions are on a good enclosure I know the bigger the better and that’s what I’m going for. Any suggestions are highly appreciated!

Here are some websites for tanks- recommended a 4x2x2 tank --
I have two of these and have been pretty happy w/ them the sides and back are bamboo I have the original tanks
www.zenhabitats.com only drawback is the acrylic doors I ordered the glass ones that they have and shattered one of them so I am back to the acrylic -
you will need to shop these sites and pick the best one for you
https://apcages.com/ I dont know of anyone that have used these tanks
https://talkingserpents.com/ no feedback on these either
https://carolinadesignerdragons.com/ these are all glass and very heavy - I dont like the basking bulb attached to the UVB makes it hard to get temps accurate you cant move the basking bulb
https://www.diycages.com/products/c...24-pvc-board-critter-condo-with-t5ho-lighting

What uvb and heat lighting do you use for that size enclosure? I currently have a 24 watt 12 percent Arcadia uvb not sure if that’ll work for an enclosure that size

Yes that is good -- I use those in my two tanks- you will need to use a digital probe thermometer to determine the wattage for surface basking temps -- it will be trial and error -- winter time I use a 150 watt and a 75 watt summer I use a 100 watt and 75 depending on the room temp- my tanks are in a sunny room and can get warm in the summer -- so after the sun heats the room up I end up shutting the 75 off -- winter time I have a CHE for nights that fall below zero keeps the tanks around 70 then

I can't recall which one my husband bought but we were highly impressed with the one we bought recently
