Nefarian's Tail

So my Dragon is 1 year and 2 months old. I took my Dragon to the Vet because on Monday I noticed his tail was darker than the rest of his tail. He's always had a nip on it from another dragon when he was a baby. He's the only Dragon or reptile in the house, he's never been hurt by any of my other animals. He hasn't had an injury recently to the tail, my dad and I were talking about how long it's been since he's had a FULL body shed. He has shed in the past but not the tip of that tail, his diet has consisted of Superworms and greens. It's difficult to know if he's actually eaten them or just slapped them around with his tail sometimes. So we got the fecal done, everything looked okay. We got him fully checked by the vet I've seen since he was a baby. We also got his blood work done to be on the safe side and today I got a call from the Vet herself. So I know it couldn't be good news, but there is about as much uncertainty as there was when It took Nefarian to the vet. She says the white blood cells are up, and when this happens it can indicate a Parasite. She believes there is either a Parasite, that is non blood. Something difficult to see maybe, or it could be an infection inside the tail itself. Says it doesn't look fungal to her, but sometimes these things can be hard to tell. She said she doesn't want to treat with antibiotics but would be okay with it if I wanted to. I said no because we don't know what's going on yet. I don't know what to do, I'm going to post pictures on here of his tail.

Here is one that shows the little "kink" a few weeks ago and the tail looks fine. He's had that since he was a baby.

Hi, sorry this is a very late reply. Looks very much like your dragon has Dysecdysis, this is where the skin has shed abnormally and become stuck. Its common in the tip of the tail and feet and there are numerous reasons for it. Both external and internal parasites can be a cause, but it could also be due to a lack of vitamin A. The skin constricts toes and the tips of tails and may accumulate over time into bands of old sheds that block the blood supply to the tail tip or toe tip. Your vet may be able to remove it ,or maybe someone else here has some tips

I'm currently soaking it in warm water once daily for up to 10 minutes. Along with gently massaging it. Would you recommend anything else ?

You can try spraying it with Reptile Shedding Aid right before the lights go out for the night. It helps get stuck shed off.
