Need help quick just rescued her!!!!!

I’m seeing a weird patch on the top of my new beardies head and some scaring I think on the belly not sure if infection or what I have other ones and don’t want them to get infected I just rescued her today please help. Anyone know what it is? And if I should be concerned?

If you just got her today, immediately book a vet appointment to get her checked for parasites, injuries, etc., and to get to know your vet. I can't confirm anything, but those look like injuries that will need TLC. The scales on her belly seem to be rubbed off-possibly from rough handling.
My theory is scale rot and possibly injuries, see if your vet can confirm it.
