ok so i got this guy about 4 months ago and he was about 4 inches long. He went off eating for a month so he was only about 5 inches 3 months ago he is now 8 inches so an inch a month, so roughly a 1/4" a week. He is 8" long nose to tip of tail and around 28-30 grams. He also sheds once a week roughly.

My question is, is this a good growth rate at 1/4" a week and putting on a few grams a week?

that seems about right im not an expert but my beardie has growth problems so i have learned a little and beardies grow pretty quick and gain a lot of weight my big beardie is 14 months old and a little over 17 inches from nose to tail and idk how much she weighs but the vet told me she was a healthy weight before i got her and she has gained a little weight. . . . it takes about 18 months for a beardie to become a mature adult pushing 20 - 21 inches and a healthy weight being that big is **i think and could be wrong if i am please correct me** around 400 -430 grams being 20 -21 inches long
