Multivitamin

I've just realized this but when do I dust an adult beardie's bugs with the multivitamin?

And, what could be the effect (if there is one) when a beardie does not get a multivitamin? My babies never had that, because I never knew they needed it. But a month ago, I bought a multivitamin. Totally slipped my mind, and it's still sitting in the closet. Today will be my first day using it!

s'ok. don't panick. If they've eaten their veggies well this time, they'll be fine. You can now give the multi vit 2 x per week max. They say about 5 bugs dusted each should do it.

2 x per week for the adult or babies? (well, my 'babies' are almost 11 months ;D)

sorry, 2 times for babies, 1 time for adults. at 11 months........they're still operating on that 2 x per week system.
