I’ve noticed this evening my bearded dragons mouth is swollen and has some gross stuff inside it. does anyone know what it may be? i have to wait until Monday for my vet appointment.

Does the gunk inside of it look a bit like cheese? If so, it might be mouth rot. A swollen jaw can also be a sign of MBD. Please get your beardie to its vet before it gets too bad.
