Mold or dried poop?

Never mind he was just dirty
LOL! I do that all the time! I will pick up Luci and his belly will have yellow crust on it. I automatically think he has yellow fungus. Then I realize he just ran through his poop before I could clean it up!

He poops when I'm not home so I never catch it in time and I'm planning to get a kitty scooper to get it out of his sand

I wasn't really fond of the idea of dumping out the big tank and hosing it out every time I had to change the sand ><
