Lovers Quarrel

Gideon and Jezzabell have been a little weird today... Usually she's quite submissive to him, bobbing her head very slowly and waving her arms even when he's not flashing his colors. But today I walked into their room (yup, they have a room) to see Jezzy with her throat puffed out at him and her own dark little shade of charcoal showing she wasn't impressed. She's been doing it to him most the day, even when he tries to get her interested in mating by showing off. She even went to hiss at him when he got too close

Just wondering what kind of behavoir this means? Gideon has been trying to mate with her for a while now and so far its just been the usual but this is just really weird to me

typically it means she's a bit tired, has a headache and wants to be left alone. Funny way of putting it......but you get the jist.

Seperate them for a few days to a week so that they can't see each other then try again.
