Cant tell by looking. But the eyes and head look like what I call a zilla type. The eyes are going to bo more on top of the head. I think its a neat look.
thanksss! (aboutthegrass.)
i dont know i was kinda hoping for a girl after getting more familiar with beardies.
i am scared of the ovulation thing...
haha.
in all honesty i think the ovulation thing is rare. Renee was the first person i have ever heard of having a dragon diagnosed with that. I have spoken with a few other breeders and they know 1 or 2 people that have seen this but that it is not really a common thing to worry about.
If it does happen to your beardie, there is nothing to worry about. Yes, you will be worried because their behavior changes, but it is a normal part of being a female. Lucky us! ;D
adorable pics! ur beardie is beautiful! it's hard 2 tell the sex of a beardie at such a young age, but the head definately looks more like a female head.
Head shape is really in no way, any kind of a reliable sexing method, no matter what the age, any more than arm waving, head bobbing, black beards, size, even Femoral pores, etc.
Just sayin'
Other than I don't particularly much appreciate how he handles the BDs, although he is a very experienced breeder, that produces some extraordinary dragons, this is a really good Visual on sexing.
