Leopard Gecko Help Please!!

i am rescueing a leo with a similar issue to the one above only he isnt having bathroom or puking issues. he just cant seem to gain any weight. my inistial plan is to asses him, get his tank set up accordingly and treat him with reptaid and vitamins. i also plan on stocking up on phoenix worms, butter worms and possibly dubbies but im am not so sure on the roaches yet(need to do more reasearch). anway does my plan sound like im on the right track?

update:that geckos healthy as a horse now.we had to force feed him carnivore aid but now hes a healthy weight and very sociable.
