Just noticed this tonight

My new guy got him in April was 4” had to feed him with dropper then spoon fed for 6 weeks. He is now over 16” and eats greens and still a bunch of bugs. That’s not my current concern I just noticed this tonight ( see photo ) not sure what it is. Also always thought it’s a boy but looks different tonight. Thanks in advance for the help

sorry but I don't see any issues with that area. the dark is typical I believe, as it could be left over poop from when it poops. mine has that as well. he is a boy, 2 bulges=male, 1 bulge in middle=female. remember the general trend among female anatomy(ovaries/uterus/egg sac)

Thanks for the reply i just never really noticed that before it looked like a cut or a wound of some sort not an area i examine very often but after doing some googling last night i saw it's pretty normal looking. He is getting a good long bath tonight.
