Jowls?

I think Kratos is a boy, but I am still unsure since he's still a juvenile. He is starting to develop some very large jowls and a fold of neck skin and was wondering if large jowls are a male thing or just hereditary? If anyone would like to post some jowly pics of their beardies I'd love to see them!

I've seen quite a few ladies in my lifetime that had large and even scary jowls and neck folds too..lol...don't think it is a male only thing or for that matter a bearded dragon only thing either
