Is it okay for a beardie to bounce between two tanks?

I am a teacher and I want to have a bearded dragon as a class pet. In order not to leave it alone on the weekends and holidays, I would need to set up a second tank at my house where he would stay. Could a bearded dragon get used to living in two different tanks?
