I came home tonight to see alex sleeping but her beard was so full that she cant put her chin on the ground. Im not sure if she has been swallowing her food. Lately she has lost taste for crickets and will only eat greens at irregular times. She seemed happy when i played with her today. Her belly was all white and she was very alert and playful.

How's it looking this morning? Sometimes when they lay down things look bigger than they really are. Have you offered bugs other than crickets?

Very glad to hear it! Have you tried feeding dubia roaches?

Not yet. They are more expensive than crickets and even crickets are difficult for me to afford currently

Dubias are super easy to breed. It costs a bit to get a colony set up but then they are basically free food after that. Also they eat fewer dubias than same size crickets because they are much meatier.
