how to make deocrations and basking spots

hello all,

I am preparing for the adoption of a bearded dragon. I created terrarium that is 4'x2'x2', now i need to furnish it. I am going to use ceramic tiles on the floor. I was going to buy rocks and wood for him but i just decided to make my own.

I have seen a few examples online. My question is what do they use on top to make it look "rocky" i think someone told me to use grout.

any sugestions on what to use that wont harm my beardie and wont destroy the terrarium.

any ideas on websites to visit along these line would also e helpful

Theres over 100 pages of ppl who do their own vivs, some are fake rocks some not. Lots of interresting ideas there

Oh and for more visual ideas, not really step by step.....google "Fake rock lizzard backgrounds" or anything similar, key words are fake rock and lizzards. Go to immages. Theres a LOT of amazing pics to get the creative juices flowing.
