How to get dragon clean after it poops in the bath it was in?

Is there anything I can wash my dragon with to get poop particles off of him after he pooped in the bath? I am bringing his poop in to get tested for likely parasites, and I feel bad that I don’t want to hold him after he pooped in the water he was bathing in!

I usually drain it and clean it out, and then put fresh water, if it’s on him I usually just use a soft tooth brush and gently clean him off

Thanks, just did that and now he’s coming with me to drop off a feces sample at the vet.
