Help ! Light Issue

I purchased a tank from Craigslist that came with two fluorescent lights , i am going to order a different one from amazon or go pick one up next week when i have a ride( i don't drive) but in the mean time could anyone tell me which one i should use until i get the proper light?

ReptiGlo 5.0 it has 30% UVA and 5% UVB

Daycycle Full spectrum daylight provides 2.2% to 2.4% UVB at 310 nanometers provides UVA in the 315-400 nanometers range

I have been using the Day Cycle one. Roach (my beardie) has been eating fine other then slowing down due to shedding today.
