Hard lump of skin

Hello everyone,

My beardie Norman has a hard lump on his side near his scales and I have no idea what it is. I’ve booked an appointment at the vets for a couple of weeks time but just wanted to check to see if anyone knows what this is?

here is what she replied back
I've seen people post similar pics but not sure what it is, they seem to be wart-like growths. I don't remember seeing ones that were serious or that caused death but it's always good to have an experienced reptile vet that will be able to give the proper treatment so it would definitely be good to do that .
