Saphira was out of her tank and she ran up to Norberts tank (the fastest I've seen her run) and started black bearding and head bobbing quickly at him. It was so random and she's never done this before, usually she'll either ignore him or arm wave at him. Has she suddenly decided she wants to be the dominant dragon or something?

All dragons are capable of this behavior, male or female. They will always want to be the more dominant.
