Feeding Schedule for "meat"

Hey guys I was just wondering how often do you guys feed your adult beardies worms and roaches etc? Is it 3 or 4 days a week? And what days exactly? I know fresh veggies is suppose to be given everyday. I was just curious on how everyone does it.

Insects should be fed 2-3 times per week -- dusted w/ calcium D3 once if using a T 5 bulb - calcium w/ out D3 the other two days - if they are NOT eating their veggies then they should get a multivitamin w/ beta carotene once a week dusted on the insects as well - no specific days -- treat worms are at your discretion-- horn worms should be fed faster as they grow so quickly so when I get them in I feed 2 everyday on top of their salads --
