Eye discharge (Help?)

Here's a picture of her eye. My beardie has a clear discharge that leaks out of her eyes periodically and forms a crust. Are her eyelids unusually droopy? Her third eyelid doesn't fully open often. I give her foods rich in vitamin a, and she has a round uva/uvb bulb, and a basking bulb. Could the discharge be from dehydration? Thank you to anyone who can give me any kind of help.

hi - how long has this been an issue? I'm wondering if she didn't get an irritant in there. I have an eye that waters consistently, too - but it's because the lid doesn't close all the way when I blink and my tear ducts produce extra fluid to provide lubrication. really don't think the discharge would be from dehydration. can you pop in a photo of your tank? what are her temps?
