Bearded Dragon Egg

Hi! So I have a bearded dragon around 9/10 months old, who I was originally told was male but after having (him) looked at after he was older I discovered little Remo is actually a she! Here in the last few days she has stopped eating her Dubias and her greens completely, but has remained very active. And since she woke up this morning she has been digging like crazy! When she isn't digging she is up on the glass walls, begging to get out. She has also been a little bit irritable and skittish. First I assumed her temps were too hot but on her basking side her viv stays around 95-100 degrees f and around 80-85 degrees f on the cool side so I ruled that out. She has not been exposed to any males but i know beardied can lay eggs regardless. Her belly does seem bigger but she is my first beardie so im in new territory. I was hoping to get some input from a more experienced owner. I can provide pictures if necessary and answer any questions! Any advice or information is greatly appreciated. Im worried for my girl! Thank you!!
