What's the rule on dead food for dragons? Ok to feed dead crickets, dubias, etc. or is it best to dispose of the dead ones and only feed living feeders?

It is always best to feed live foods as they get the moisture from them along with nutrients that they need.

as soon as a feeder dies it starts the process of decomposition, so there could be bacterial issues as well. non live foods are usually freeze dried to prevent this, but as Hdrydr says ,they have little nutritional value. Just use the live ones, better safe than sorry
